Igno was wonderful upon greeting us, making sure we had everything needed, he was even willing to help us with getting travel for our group of 7 when we were unable to speak the language (he actually stopped eating dinner with his family to assist!!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thank Igno for his hospitality."

"Although the weather was rainy and cool, the location of the hotel made it a great place to stay for the weekend before returning to the States from a Business meeting. The hotel is located a few steps from the train station, making it a great place to stay. The rooms are bright and clean. Also, what made my stay great was the customer service, Thank you Roman for all your help!!!"
