The bathroom needs to be updated. The shower area and other area are not separated, causing wet floor everywhere, quite dangerous to slip and fall.

Good location in Neustadt, close to Zollhafen and views of the Rhein. 15 minutes by bus to the cathedral or 35 minutes by foot. Very new and clean property, rooms are minimalist but practical. Bathroom is open concept with shower, toilet and sink in one space.

Bettwäsche war leider nicht sauber, es waren Blutflecken vorhanden. Größere Silberfische mehrfach im Zimmer. Zudem eine unerträgliche Hitze, die man nicht runterregulieren konnte, weil die Klimaanlage nicht mehr funktionierte und im Hotel die Heizung eingeschaltet war. Der Aufhänger "bitte nicht stören" wurde abgemacht und das Zimmer betreten. Leider wurde dann auch die mit Blut verdreckte Bettwäsche wieder aufs Bett gelegt - die Decke hatte ich extra weggelegt. Sonst wurde im Zimmer aber nichts gereinigt.

Sehr schöne, zweckmäßige Zimmer. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt super, für einen längeren Aufenthalt etwas kleine Zimmer. Zudem leider sehr hellhörig.

Es war alles ok außer, dass es keine Seife am Waschbecken gab und auch keine Seife / Shampoo in der Dusche. Beides war leer bei Ankunft und ich musste a die Rezeption zurück gehen. Das war etwas ärgerlich, sollte Routine sein es zu checken vom Zimmerservice.
