"Overall we enjoyed this property. It was clean, had great AC, and washing machine. Be aware there is only a small loveseat in the living/dining room so as a group it's not comfortable to sit there long. We enjoyed the patio and spent our mornings and evenings there. The only downside is that to see the ocean you have to lean across the railing. The pictures make it seem like you'll be able to sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean view. I booked a property in Maioiri through them, and it exceeded expectations, and with Francesco was like a personal concierge to assist in exploring the Amalfi Coast setting us up with a sunset private boat tour, recommendations, and driver last minute to leave to Salerno Train Station. Super responsive host, I wouldn't hesitate to use SMAAC for lodgingany other services they provide, first class all around!"

"Hi this location is perfect , 3 min walk to one of the nicest beaches ! Amazing Vesuvio restaurant right beside the building that makes one of the best pizzas! The only thing that I found strange and inconvenience was that there is no SAFE on site to keep passports and valuables other than that everything was perfect"

"This is the 2nd time we rented this property and it was just as fabulous as last time!!! The huge terrace has a spectacular view, the villa cozy and comfy and the host so responsive and accomodating. The kitchen is great and we cooked breakfast many days and even dinner a few times. The location is also perfect with no walking uphill and grocery, meat market, veggie stand and ferry pier steps away.
