Apartment:

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped offering a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. There is a small but fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with oven, cooker, kettle and coffeemachine (filter coffee) but without dishwasher. The bathroom comes with a shower, sink and toilet and a washing machine free of use. There is also a good sized living room with dining table for 4, sofa and tv. From the living room you have access to the terrace furnished with a table and sitting for 4 persons.

The apartment is located on the first floor, please note that there is no elevator available.
There is a skiroom available where you can also store your bikes. We have enough parking at the back of the house.

The apartment is located in Maishofen in the area called Point. The centre of Maishofen is reachable within approx. 15 walking minutes. The centre of Zell am See you can reach by car within 10 minutes. The nearest skiing is the famous ski circus Saalbach / Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See or the well known Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun or. A ski bus to Saalbach stops only a few meters away from the house.
