"It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful.
My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."

"Very noisy hotel, Iâd avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"The hotel was fine. Had all you need and dining staff was great. The images are misleading. The view from the steam room biolĂłgico is photoshopped. The view from pool and other steam room are also not accurate. The views make it seem isolated but it is in a busy area with lots of hotels restaurants and houses. Great for convenience to the slopes but misleading in photos. Also be away no one under 16 is allowed in the heated outdoor pool or the saunas imaged. They have a basement level...

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hÎtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! Apparemment c'était noté en 2Úme page....on c'est bien fait avoir sur le coup là d'autant plus que l'appartement était...

"We had a great family ski holiday at Elements resort Zell am See. We had a 2 bed suite for 6 people (2 on a sofa bed) and all the beds were comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, clean and a great space for us to chill out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Our grandchildren particularly liked the swimming pool and wellness area. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food available."
