"This Property is truly on the Heart of the Hills! We absolutely loved this place! The house was very clean and well kept. We didn't use the fire table nor the grill, but it was great that we had those options. The bed was very comfortable and we got great sleeps after long days of hiking and exploring. Super easy access and parking, but you are really off the main road. It's literally within walking distance of the 1880 train depot and downtown Hill City with fantastic food. I recommend the Alpine for the best filet mignon you'll ever have! We appreciated the two coffee options (Keurig and drip). Let's mention the wonderful host! Marcia was outstanding in communication by text and very responsive. I also appreciated the info she left at the property highlighting area food and road conditions. The full size laundry units were a great convenience. The couches were comfy. The view is great. Lots of deer! I highly recommend this centralized location that puts you just minutes from some of the area's best attractions!"

"We have used Vrbo for many rentals. This property was by far one of the best! It had alot of privacy, great views of the Black Hills and Hill City is within walking distance. The host was the best! It's well equipped with everything you need. You won't be sorry renting this unit."
