"Our stay is unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The front dest staff really stands out. Very fast early check in, they also are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Assem, he followed up with us every day to make sure our stay is as pleasant as it could be. Ms. Nadine is amazing, she took our concerns and comments seriously and communicated them on the spot. The only 2 drawbacks, it’s a management thing, the drinks are awful. 1)They get the worst quality drinks, no cocktails, even the syrups are so limited and tasted bad. 2) They turn off the A/C in the restaurant and the lobby while guests are still there. Which makes is SO hot. We were drowning in our sweat. It’s also a very poor working condition for the staff especially in the restaurant which automatically reflects on how the whole service. "

"The hotel is very clean and well maintained to a high standard. All of the staff are very polite and went the extra mile to make your stay that bit more enjoyable. Everything I had at the restaurants are on the lines of a 5 Star restaurant, so I was completely surprised by the standards, I enjoyed every single meal I had!
