"We just returned from our stay in Hawaii. We loved the location of this condo - not in a touristy area. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owner was very responsive and checked in on us after we arrived. We had no issue with security/parking when we arrived. I visited the office to check in the following day. "I didn't get to see much of the spa because you needed to book a facial or massage to use it. I had a pedicure but that didn't count for some reason. Would be nice if you could just pay a small fee if all you wanted to do was get access to the spa area for the day. And maybe put a few indoor plants in there; because there's no windows so it feels a little claustrophobic."
