"Avi's property was beautiful. Everything is fresh and new. The apartment uses space thoughtfully. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the view from the private patio is wonderful. Avi communicates well and has a house book with everything you need to know and great recommendations. It is conveniently located to everything on the Kailua- Kona side. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway for a couple or single."

"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."
