"Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us."

"This is an amazing location to stay for the convenience of going to the beach. It is a high traffic area and can be noisy up to 8 PM during the week and 10 PM on the weekends. Very close to Magics Restaurant. The condo has the basic needs and has some beach chairs, umbrella and coolers. The front door is challenging to open but everything else was good."

"Our stay was beautiful, accommodations were perfect for us! The condo was well stocked with essentials as well! Parking was definitely our only “issue” but as long as you get back early, you’ll be able to find a parking spot! Parking across the road isn’t bad either, traffic is really in that area."
