The main level features a cozy living/dining room that spans 60 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC.
The lower ground floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and houses a second living/dining room with satellite TV and access to a terrace. Additionally, this level offers two bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), one with a bath/WC and the other with a shower/WC, both equipped with air conditioning and terrace access. There is also a small dining room with a kitchen corner and shower/WC, complete with an open kitchen featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer.
