"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt quite old and outdated in terms of style. Also, there was a very strong perfume or air freshener smell when I first entered the room, which was a bit overwhelming and gave me a headache. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could definitely use some updating and better ventilation."

"Simply superior hotel and service. Food was very good. The only cons was waiting at the Breakfast to be seated , since they are under construction of the dining area. Pool and Gum are best !"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed on the Club Floor and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. What stood out most was the staff — genuinely warm and friendly, but always professional and attentive. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it very easy to get around. We also appreciated the little details, including the efforts to reduce unnecessary plastic. A wonderful stay overall, and definitely a hotel we would be happy to return to."

"Staff are really friendly and quick. The shower on our room only has warm to hot shower and does not go cold. There is still an ongoing construction which would be very understandable for some issues."
