"I was disappointed that they wanted to charge to hold luggage for 5 days when me and my wife were going to travel to Cebu I was going to book another 5 days when we got back every other hotel in the area said they would hold my luggage for free we booked our last five days in makati in another hotel before we are going back to USA "

"Overall, the stay was okay. We had to leave early the next day, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast, pool, or other facilities. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant on the top floor had an amazing view, which was a highlight. The location isn’t the best, as the surrounding area seemed quite poor, with some people sleeping outside near the hotel. However, it’s good value if you just need a place for a quick rest before a transfer."

"My only complaint would be that the towels look a bit dingy, there are clean but an off white color. Im very particular about towels I use, usually traveling with my own from home for this reason. They could be replaced."

"Really no amenities to speak of. One day the meal was excellent but the remainder they were okay. Claim they have the best coffee but it was far from great. I could drink it but no real desire for a second cup. The staff were polite and attentive. The rooms were only average and rather small. Everything was clean and tidy. We moved to another hotel for some luxurious living and amenities but the price was substantially higher. The hotel was okay for the lower price."
