"The staff appears to be a family. They are very nice & helpful. The room is clean, new and luxurious. The major negative issue is YOU CAN'T FLUSH TOILET PAPER & the bathroom garbage can doesn't have a lid, so the bathroom stinks. Other little things that would be nice are a sheet for the bed in addition to the comforter, so you don't have to crank the A/C to sleep. A drying rack for the washer would make laundry much more pleasant. They do have 1 drier to share for all the rooms, but it always has a line, so I was never able to use it."
