I enjoyed my stay, it was nice and peaceful. They served great meals at the restaurant. I will say however the walk from the haram wasn't bad. ( I was bold that night.) over all a good experience.

Surly and unwelcoming checkin staff. Shower was leaking and carpet had marks. I would rate it a 2 star property. Hotel is a long walk. The shuttle service is however convenient.

Worst ever experience, had to checkout the next day. Front desk did not understand language, smell while walking through the hotel, dirty bathroom floor, flies in the room, no safety lock on room door. Did not want to refund money for remaining days that we did not stay! Lost $300!

Batol Ajyad is excellent hotel, new facility, clean with professional management. We enjoyed our stay and extended one night. Receptionist responded to all need within minutes, special bus services 24 hours from hotel to main parking to Haram. I strongly recommend the hotel for families performing Omar, wishing the best for all
