Beautiful room, loads of space and very close to the Haram. Breakfast was something special, you’ll be quite surprised - freshly squeezed juices, fresh pastries and a large variety of food to choose from. Room service was also very good, highly recommend the lentil soup for starters. Staff were very helpful and it was clear they tried their best to look out for you. An important note - beds were a 10/10 post Umrah.

4/10 Poor

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The reception staff are rude and not accommodating unless you are a native arab. Food is terrible, luke warm and most things are very watery. A lot of stale food in the evening buffet. Poor quality breakfast items. Soft drinks not included. The hotel location is good but please note you cannot enter haram from the main reception. There are many better options for a hotel is totally not worth the money.
