Extremely dirty hotel. Bathroom leaks water, smells, rooms are so small. Reception doesn’t speak English at all. Hotel is far from Haram. At least 15-20 mins walk.

Thank you for the stay I would really recommend you change the carpet the smell wasn’t very pleasant in the room or even better get tiles because it was not giving clean and hygienic vibes and also upgrade the bathrooms too then it would be the perfect hotel to stay and convenient. Staff was very good and helpful no issues at all. This is a Honest review to better your services.

Hotel was close to Haram. We prayed namaz right outside the hotel in the street. We arrived at 10:00 am Friday morning, they gave us the room right away. Next day we checked out at 2:00 pm after zuhur. The staff was very friendly.

Booked a twin room, given a small single room.

The room was not fit for a twin room. could not be accessed as the second single bed was put in front of the entrance literally. The shower is designed as a wet room, where you have to touch the toilet whilst showering. It was not suitable space.

Otelin resimlerinde gördüğümüz odadan farklı bir oda verildi.çok hasta olduğum için itiraz itiraz etmedik oda çok küçük 3 yatak konmuş namaz kılmaya alan yok vakizleri koyacak alan yok biz iki kişi kaldık zorlandık .halısı çok eski ve aşırı kirli idi.banyo alanı duş un suyu bütün yere yayılıyor sürekli ıslak klozet in önü geniş alana değilde duvara on cm ara olunca bacaklar sığmıyor klozete oturman büyük sıkıntı.kat görevlileri bize ihtiyacımız olan havlu yastık kılıfı vs değişim için verdiler biz 8 gece kaldık tek tesellimiz kabeye yakın olmasıydı
