The staff were very friendly and the security guards were legendary, hotel was nice and clean and shuttle bus every other hour. Only 7-8 min drive depending on traffic. Can’t go wrong for the price!

Cleanliness is Number One

Regardless of how late I left my room, I would return to it cleaned. That is my priority when I stay at a hotel.

Room was in very poor condition it was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the sink drain was broken, the bedding smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty and the towels were used and dirty. The location was not too far from the Haram, but the room condition was really bad. I stayed at an Ibis hotel before but this Ibis was poor.

Good Budget Hotel

Service was good. The rooms are not 100% clean (stains on carpets and sofas) but room service is done daily. For non Arabic speakers it is a bit difficult to figure out which shuttle bus to take from the Haram, and the shuttle service could be more frequent. We used the laundry service which was efficient.

THEY WERE SHUT DOWN BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES

The hotel was shut shut down by the local authorities. You can imagine our shock when we reached at 1am,with a young child and elderly parents. Neither they or hotels.com bothered to inform us. We had to pay a premium to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. Don't even get me started on the stress and hassle we had to go through.

Okay for the price you pay - air quality in the hotel is bad. They need to focus more on cleaning and clean the ducts as it causes cough, sneezing and breathing problems. Carpets and washrooms need to cleaned as well. Staff is very friendly. Overall not a bad choice if you are budget traveller.

In general the hotel is quite good, with only 15mins distance by drive to the Al-Haram. Uber works here perfectly, less traffic in this area. Breakfast was not very good, hovewer there are many places around from where you can order breakfast to your room. The only disadvantages were the shower cabin, that is always open from one side and im my room 1002 the water tap was not attached properly to sink.

It was good . U just wanna perform your umrah and back to sleep . What i did not like was ; resturant was so expensive 70 riyals for buffet , and the buses were every hour to haram . It would be better if they had more buses and shorter time to wait . But overall the staff was very helpful and place was clean and quite close to haram and some shops around
