Room, services and everything was good except the shuttle as one has to get two buses to reach Haram, although both buses are provided by Hotel and they have multiple timings to and from hotel.

Ma sha Allah everything was good. Brother ahad from Bangladesh and another engineer brother from Bangladesh helped a lot. May Allah bless them and the brothers and sisters who is in the management.

This hotel has many great restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle service was reliable, and bellman Sharif was polite and helped us with our luggage for our Uber ride.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. Very comfortable stay for Umrah at just a few minutes drive from Haram. Also offers free shuttle service to and from Haram, 24 hours. Stayed multiple times over the past three years.

Great stay

Considering the price I paid was relatively cheap, the room was fantastic. Had a lovely spacious bed and a clean bathroom and the room itself was very spacious for 1 person. Also the service was great with English speaking staff and they also helped me when my key card was not working. Overall great stay

Best hotel in Makkah

The best hotel I've stayed in Makkah. The service was great. The lady behind the reception on 12th July midday was very helpful and treated us like worthy guests. I look forward to my next visit and will only be booking here in the future.

Rooms were great but the bathrooms had problem. One bathroom was always wet due to shower water running all over the bathroom floor; another bathroom had water leak. Staff were super friendly and always attentive. Reservation was a little hectic as the rooms reserved online was different from what we received. Also, we reserved 2 rooms for our family of 5. These rooms were in 2 far apart (same floor) so we constantly had to walk all the way to the other side of hallway to check up on our daughters.

Grear location in Azizia with hourly buses to Haram during Ramadan, very good restaurants close by. Good price! The Ramadan buffet was really bad they need to improve on this. It was good on 2022 but now the quality is not good. No fresh juices, no shawarna stall and they charge 70 per head. I love this hotel so please improve your Ramadan buffet

Good Hotel

I had a great stay, the staff were friendly and welcoming from the first day to the last, always helpful in assisting, shuttle service was frequent, my only negative was finding the shuttle going back from the haram - I did have an idea in mind of asking whether I could keep an Apple air tag on the shuttle bus to help me identify the location but I never got around to proposing that idea. Buffet food was good, wasnā€™t necessarily a fan of the price but itā€™s good for people travelling in groups/ families. Amenities in the room were solid, soap, shower gel, shampoo, towelsā€¦ bed was good had good night sleep most nights (other than when I was battling the flu had the ac off). Overall standard youā€™d expect from a 4 star hotel

My first impression of this hotel was "wow," and the first thing I did was video my room and share it with my family and friends. The room was spacious, far beyond my expectations. The bathroom was amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Abdul Aziz. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for budget accommodation in Makkah. It offers all the luxuries of expensive hotels at a fraction of the cost. Once you are in your room, you do not hear outside noise. There is very powerful Wi-Fi in the bedroom, the reception area, and around the building. Area of improvement: if the free bus ride from the hotel to Masjid al-Haram could be direct and not having to change then that would be perfect.
