Family Traveller

Hotel needs urgent refurbishment. Most of the time 2 to 3 lifts remained under maintenance causing long wait to commute. House keeping is poor with slow response. Only positive point is hotel vicinity to Haram. Management must invest in the property to keep it attractive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍. Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there. Thanks
