Prime Location Near the Haram Unbeatable proximity: The hotel is just steps away from the Holy Mosque (Al-Masjid Al-Haram), making it incredibly convenient to attend prayers at any time. Easy and quick it is to get to the Haram, saving time and energy for worship. Rooms are spacious, clean, and family-friendly, with enough amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. Good stay . Issues with the lifts

This was a good stay . However, the numbers of the lifts and the capacity of the lift chamber is very limited. Specially, during peak times, the people , including elderly and children, had to wait longer to get a place in the lift. Check in was smooth. Staff was friendly. Breakfast menu was excellent. Room services were good.

The location of the is the west. The Hotel's restaurant's are very expensive if you want to pay cash. Only one restaurant fee are little cheaper (Anber restaurant) but the mfood quality was not that good.

Very close to Haram. Quiet side entrance gets you into the building (Tower 2). Close to shops which makes it very convenient. A shout out to Brother Munir who was of great service & help during our stay. Would definitely recommend. (even though the lifts can sometimes take a while to go up & down the 23 odd floors)
