"Was very walkable to haram, only one hill may be difficult for the elderly in the heat. Otherwise nice and new facilities with pretty decent selection for the breakfast buffet. We got upgraded to a junior suite and it was very comfortable as always Hilton beds don’t disappoint. Only complaint didn’t get my double tree cookie tho🙈"

"My second time at Swissôtel Makkah and as amazing as the first time. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Warmly welcomed by the front desk agent, they made the check-in process smooth and quick. We requested 2 rooms to be on the same floor, very accomodating and helpful. Incredibly responsive and answered all my questions. Housekeeping was given and checked up on us daily, changing towels, cleaning and giving us extra amentities. There was a breakfast buffet which offered a variety of dishes, bakery items and drinks. Fresh, tasty and very enjoyable for the family. A short walk to Al Haram, accessible to the clock tower and its shops. I highly recommend Swissôtel Makkah to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional hospitality. God willing, I return soon for my third visit."
