Everything was good and up to date, the hotel room was clean and the breakfasts where amazing. The hotel also smells very nice, and the lobby had everything from free water bottles to umbrellas just in case it was raining. Over all very good hotel and the staff where very friendly.

The hospitality at the hotel is unmatched. The hotel is clean. The only issue is that there is a lack of buses to take you to Haram and the wait is long.

It's an excellent hotel near Masjid al-Haram. It has a clean, beautifully decorated room and a friendly hotel reception. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and full of various dishes. A downside is that it is not easily walkable to Masjid al-Haram for families and old people. However, there is a 24/7 complimentary shuttle bus service to the Masjid al-Haram.

Personale var veldig hyggelig, fikk god hjelp av rengjøring staff, frokost var meget god og spesialt SAWEIAN. Buss kjørte kun ved bønnetider, gjerne hver halv time. Vi tok ofte taxi.

I loved this hotel — it was clean and smelled amazing. There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.) Be sure to try Aryana Restaurant nearby — it has the best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, some reviewers mentioned there was no hot water. In fact, there is a switch in the washroom that turns on the water heater. Just turn it on for a few minutes and the water will heat up. Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone I know going to Makkah.
