The room was clean its just that they they take hours when you request for anything whether its more tissue or for the porter to come up to collect bags. Other than that its great it is quite far from the haram but not too far around 15mins via their bus.

TV was not functioning Tea cattle was not good Asked for water,was not responded. But 1 Bangladeshi gentleman did supply water when he was working other rooms, Jasim and Zia were very helpful as well, this place was very beautiful, may be I was here in a busy time of the year. Definitely if you come west come for the best world class breakfast!

Perfect Family Stay

The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was welcoming, making our stay memorable and enjoyable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and we really liked the breakfast buffet.

The hotel service was good, correct, especially at the reception and Brother Rachid, the perfume seller at the entrance. However, the buffet was limited in the fruit selection. Another thing is the transport service is done with an external company, the quality of the service is very poor, either with departures before the fixed time or leaving very late or a driver who drives like a madman. The bus service is very limited every hour with a minibus of 19 or 15

Such a good hotel for the price. A little far from Haram compared to the other hotels of course but it was worth it. It did have shuttles to Haram, however, it did drop us a little far from Haram and heading to the clock tower area or King Abdul Aziz gate took some time so be ready to walk. Hard time finding the bus in Haram as well to head back, sometimes you can take the other hotels bus, Midan Hotel bus, it is next to Violet.
