"The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. "Staying at Niseko Central specifically J’s Den was amazing. The property are very well maintained and kept, the location is excellent, very close to hirafu ski resort and kutchan town. Super nice house with all the amenities especially for 16 of us who are on our family vacations. Will definitely make a return!"

"This was a very fun and relaxing place to stay for four nights. We were a group of six with ages ranging from 0-70, and all of us really enjoyed it. The meals were all delicious, and the onsen was really nice. The area around is beautiful, and the weather was relatively cool even in the August heat. "

"Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you want for dinner up to 7 months in advance. Maybe it was just better to order room service. "
