"We had an amazing and wonderful experience in this hotel for our stay. The staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was great. I would recommend staying at this place. also it was close to everything and everywhere you want to explore."

"Directions from the train station are good up to a point where there is no more direction. Could be better signs to the hotel entrance Checking in through self help screen and is not very user friendly. First my passport was not recognized. Then my reservation number was not recognized. Needed an employee to help. Took about 15 minutes what could have been done in 5 min. Signing into hotel wifi is a trick. You have to use the QR code on the tv screen to get the password. The screen comes up for about 1 second. After about 5 tries being ready with the phone the second the screen comes up, i was able to get the wife password. Room temp was 27C when we arrived. Can be adjusted with a remote control."

"I enjoyed everything about this hotel! Honestly, I could have stayed at the hotel all day without going out if we didn’t already have plans. The hotel was extremely clean and provided everything we needed, including pajamas, slippers, and toiletries. The staff was very nice and helpful, and everyone we encountered spoke English, which made communication easy. Some days were rainy, and the hotel even provided umbrellas for guests to use when needed. The hotel has an on-site restaurant and a 24-hour FamilyMart, which was extremely convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and the subway station was right across the street, making it easy to get around. It was also only three stops away from Disney, which was perfect for us! One of my favorite things was the bathhouse and steam room. After a long day of sightseeing and walking around Japan, it was the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reset. I loved this hotel so much that I can’t see myself staying anywhere else when visiting Japan. This will definitely be my go-to hotel every time I go back!"
