"This hotel was well presented, very safe, and the staff were friendly and professional. They were always willing to help - nothing was too much trouble. I was given room on the sixth (top) floor with a balcony and views looking out over Mt Elgon. It was a stunning view, and the room was very clean and had good amenities. The daily room service was excellent. I was very grateful and happy with my stay at Crane Suites in Kitale, and would go back again in a heart beat. "

"The staff were welcoming and polite, but so many things about this listing were not accurate. It was advertised as a 2-bedroom house, but it was a 1-bedroom apartment. "The shower didn't have hot water in the first room they gave me. They quickly moved me to the next room and the shower was always hot and the pressure was good! All the employees were always helpful. I enjoyed the cappuccino and the omelet for breakfast. "
