Beds are too soft, towels are too old , no blinding curtains as stated, supply in the room does not get refilled( water bottle, shampoo and shower gel. There was no airconditioning as stated but a ventilator would be nice in the summer. "Beautiful building and big room, but extremely outdated. Old dirty carpet and no air conditioning in the rooms. They give you a tiny desk fan. Extremely hot. For a "modern" hotel to not have ac is a crime. We were cooking in our room. Very uncomfortable. Staff was very nice. Location is good. Nice pool. Food from their restaurants sucked."

"No hot water in room first night. Fixed next day. Both nights very noisy from restaurant cleaning below room. Had to make reservation for pool and spa area, but it quickly filled up with people. Some brought alcohol to hot tub. Small children were jumping in and out of hot tub. Don't know why reservation was needed or rules about alcohol and children were posted. "Als wir einchecken wollten sollten wir sofort unsere 3 Übernachtungen und das Frühstück bezahlen wir waren es gewohnt immer am Ende zu bezahlen. Das Bad war sauber aber beim Zimmer der Fußboden war staubig so das meine Strümpfe dreckig waren.
