"Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus."

"I’m hesitant to say how great I think this location is, because the more people who find this GEM might make it unavailable for our next visit. We absolutely love this place. So close to the beach we never miss a sunrise! Unusually secluded for being in the middle of everything you could need. Melbourne beach is so nice. "We stayed at Peggy’s Beach house for a getaway vacation. This was our first VRBO rental experience and it was definitely the best! Everything was clean and orderly, we had an easy check in and out, and the house was stocked with everything we needed- dishes, beach towels and chairs, even mini soap/shampoo etc. It was in a quiet area, but we were close to what we needed and had a quick walk over to the beach. They had plenty of space for the two of us, but a family of four would also easily fit!...

This VRBO is a 5-STAR must stay when visiting Melbourne, Coco Beach or the USSSA Space Coast Complex for softball. This VRBO has it all and provided all for us during our stay. We had to cook for over 30 HANGRY softball girls and their families and this unit provided everything to make it happen. "We stayed at this cute VRBO apartment on way back from Florida Keys. Grandkids enjoyed the surf and then coming back and jumping in pool. The apartment is short distance from Ocean and there are various public beaches to choose from. There are also great restaurants in area. The walls are little thin and you can hear others in adjoining apartment but the 9 pm noise ordinance is adhered to and you sleep well. Hosts very nice and quickly responded to questions.
