I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt. "The listing is spot-on! This quiet condo has everything you would need to just unpack your clothes and head to the beach! Don’t worry about dragging your house along with you! Delightful neighbors, quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, and minutes to great dining! The hosts were so thoughtful and even made sure we knew about an upcoming shuttle launch. Looks is one thing but we ran into several issues while my family of 5 stayed. Its very important you bring your own plates, cups, silverware and skillets. The property only has a Keurig for coffee.
