My request were immediately attended to and they offer options if I do not get what I needed. Their breakfast spread is always tasty… even my family that was not checked in in the hotel would come just for breakfast!"

"The room we were in was meticulously kept clean by our constantly smiling housekeeper - Vista. He made sure that we were well supplied. The front desk and doormen staff were very helpful and makes you feel a valued customer. Buffet Breakfast was good. The only comment I have is if they can change it up every day and have more kakanin than bread. I know coz I stayed 6days so I observed what I eat (and can't) daily. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay in."

"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements. I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."
