the bathroom required a full refurnish, so do the room flooring (empty inner sound), no more electric kettle, coffee and tea bags provide vs. my last stay (direct walk-in).

Valuable for money. The room is perfectly comfortable and clean with all facilities you will need during a stay. However, this place isn't only reachable with a car. The neighbourhood has a lot of shop for F&B at walking distance. Recommended stay.
