Not very pedestrians friendly city inside the tourist area. Cars parked every street and no walk way available. People have to constantly pay attention to cars and motorcycle.
Good place to visit if you want a short getaway from KL city. Can rush through in one day but recommend staying overnight to experience Jonker Street night markets, and street good stalls.
We enjoy seafood dinner at Umbai - fresh fish, prawn, calamari. All tast good and affordable price. Also many local food and sweets and goodies can be found in this place.
Don’t go to the town show It had great potential but fell flat
Nice at night along the canal. Not much too see after 3 hours of walking. Prefer Penang's George Town.
