"The room was organized and well kept, there was a safe , ironing board a hair dryer, Tv, lamps , a mini fridge, the shower design was new to me as it curtained , in the shower there were shampoo, conditioner, body wash. There was hot and cold water available. The room was Ac and there was a room heater. The bed was comfortable. Room service was conducted everyday. The elevators were great. The breakfast was abundant with a wide variety at hand.
The kitchen/restaurant staff was on point with replenishing food items and cleaning. The room utilized key card to access the lights. Key cards were used for the elevator also. The CSR and staff were well attired and very supportive and helpful
. The only thing i think can be improved is the sign instructions for accessing the different levels. I stayed in room 406 and using the guide sign in the elevator i needed to depress the 3 button to acces my room. When i did so i could not find my room i had to go back in the elevator and depress 4, so i think they should change the sign to reflect accurately. I am truly greatful to have had the Mariott experience."
