We came here for a short birthday break and couldn’t have been more satisfied. The apartment was spotless, had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. Bed very comfortable and staff refreshingly helpful and always on hand should you need help. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful apartment in the historic quarter. Serene inside before hitting the streets teeming with activity. Reminder to park the car in a car park outside the historic centre and walk in.

Brand new hotel. Amazing location next to the Cathedral and next to endless eateries. We stayed only for 1 night before our flight back home and this was by far our best accommodation in our 2 weeks travel to Spain. We booked an apartment with large windows and it was perfect. Quiet, safe, super clean, beautifully designed and a small but fully equipped kitchen. We could not ask for more.

Your check I. Check out is problematic. Important in the info about apartment to tell customers that check in is in different location. Or give complete in line communication. Remind consumer it is narrow pedestrian street. Checking in was complicated because car service and I did not have a designated meeting point. U would improve that. Checkout as well. Plaza de La constitution was not an option. You may phone me for more information. I will be home 8/4. There has to be a better way. If family had many suitcases…..it would be a big problem with complaints. Hopefully this helps because everything else was so amazing.

The property is beautiful, excellent location, building has been restored and my room was perfect. Clean and tidy when I checked in. The big problem was that, even though the terms specified DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, not even once was the room cleaned. I’m not messy at all, but they didn’t meet the expectation. If they fix this issue, I absolutely recommend it.

Très belle appartement bien situé mais le ménage laisse à désiré… Dommage aussi que la machine a laver se trouver au niveau de la réception à 5’ de marche du logement… Mais mis à part cela : équipe très réactive et amicale ! Je tiens à préciser que pour se rattraper d’une mauvaise prestation de ménage, ils nous ont quand même offert un petit déjeuner. Cela reste très bien pour passer de bonne vacance !
