The room was comfortable and a great location for seeing the city sites. One balcony window looked down on the Plaza de la Constitución. It can be noisy at times but was nice to watch. The staff was helpful for ordering taxi services. There was a nice rooftop bar for looking down on the city.

Breakfast was good. Person en charged very nice and kind everyday. We request check out but the lady in reception denied it. We offered to pay the extra time but we have to sit in the reception until 3 pm. The same receptionist try to click us out again around 2 pm calling to a taxi. It was really rude. We didn’t want to stay in this hotel again. There are great hotels around where we can stayed.

Loved the location - right in the heart of the action! There was noise but once windows were closed up, the noise virtually disappeared! My only issue was a lack of security. Anybody can enter the hotel at any hour.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and perfect for exploring the city and visiting the places we wanted to see. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.”
