Das Hotel ist bestens für eine Städtereise geeignet, da es total zentral gelegen ist. 2 Min. zum Strsnd, 2 Min. Zum Hafen, 5 Min. ins Zentrum alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und bietet viel Abwechslung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Really nice, clean hotel with recently refurbished rooms in an excellent location. Parking a bit complicated given location by the bull ring but once we worked that out it was a really good stay.

MS Marstrunza is perfect location close to the beach the port all restaurants and the city centre. The old town couldn’t get a better place to stay as far as location goes. The rooms are really big and lovely.Queen bed very comfortable a little bit dated but art deco style so the size of the room makes up for little bit wear and tear on the furniture. The only thing is the spa doesn’t open till 4:30pm in the afternoon which is such a ridiculous situation when it’s on the Mediterranean otherwise I have no complaints about my stay there.

Location: Central Malaga location, within easy reach of major attractions. • Positive: Convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and shops. • Issue with staff: After opting out of room cleaning for one day, I asked for water for the room. A staff member told me to buy it from the market, which I found unhelpful and disappointing. • Housekeeping issue: Toiletries were not replenished during my four-night stay. • Overall: The excellent location was undermined by poor customer service and inadequate housekeeping.

In unserem Zimmer im 12. Stock herrschte leider ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch, sodass wir nach unserer Ankunft ständig lüften mussten. Eine weitere Anmerkung an das Hotel: Es sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass keine Hausschuhe zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Es ist kein Problem, dass ihr diese nicht bereitstellt, aber ich hatte meine eigenen Hausschuhe nicht mitgenommen, weil ich dachte, dass das Hotel sie mir – wie es in allen 4-Sterne-Hotels üblich ist – zur Verfügung stellen würde. Ich musste mir welche kaufen, da ich nachts, um auf die Toilette zu gehen, Sandalen anziehen musste, was im Halbschlaf nicht besonders bequem ist, und wenn man barfuß geht, ist es unangenehm und unhygienisch, sich anschließend mit schmutzigen Füßen ins Bett zu legen. Alles andere war auf einem guten Niveau.

The location is great, views of the sea port and the bullring from the hotel room are fantastic, especially if located on floor six and above. The staffs at reception, the porters, and the breakfast team were friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again.

Pro: Convenient location. Beach and harbour are just around the corner. Our room has nice view to part of the beach, the Alcazaba and the Castle Gibralfaro. It is only 15 minutes walk to historic old town and the walk under the lush trees in the park is a pleasure. Con: The glass door of bathroom allows light to pass through, a serious issue for light sleepers. Even at night, the street lights pass to the bedroom and the room cannot be totally dark. No extraction fan in bathroom. Must open the window for ventilation. When we entered the room, there is some smell probably due to moisture trapped in the room.

The staff were always helpful with any questions or requests. The room was clean but in need of a Reno. We noticed that the restaurant had sound proof windows but the rooms do not and being on a busy street that was a bit disappointing. The hotel is in an excellent location near to the beach and plenty of restaurants and the Cathedral area was a doable walk. The beds were comfy and it had a mini fridge and kettle.
