Very friendly and welcoming staff. The triple room was large, clean and comfortable. Everything was wheelchair accessible. Parking on the street is free and convenient. No problems at all, we would recommend!

We stayed here when we arrived in Malaga in the evening. The location was convenient to the airport with our rental car. The location was not good if we had been planning on spending time in Malaga. There was nothing to do in the neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gardens were beautiful.

The staff welcomed us really well. They were very friendly and accommodating. We were only there for night but enjoyed the outdoor pool. The exterior of the hotel resembles a castle and the hotel itself feels very grand and regal.

It was actually a very lovely and clean hotel. The only downside was that the swimming pool opened quite late. It would have been much appreciated if guests had the opportunity to swim a little earlier in the morning. Another small thing I noticed was that the duvets did not have covers on them, which is something that could be improved. Apart from these minor points, everything else was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay.
