"Sorry we were only spending one night in this wonderful place. From the warm welcome by the owner on arrival, restaurant recommendation for the evening and freshly squeezed orange juice from their own orchard as part of the delicious breakfast, and did I mention really comfy beds, it was a real find. I would highly recommend."

"I loved staying at the Hotel Roosje van de Kaap - Helpi was so welcoming and super friendly. The hotel has a restaurant but is also close to other dining options. There's also onsite parking - I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Swellendam."

There was access to hiking trails directly from the property. We really enjoyed walking into town and lazing around the heated pool. Added joy of having the most well behaved and loving dogs we have ever met! Even if you are not a dog lover, Kenya and Luca will respect your space. Can’t wait to return! "
