"It was terrible. The rooms had a huge stench of mold and mildew. The showers did not work. The air conditioning did not work. No blankets were provided for the beds. I complained and wanted a refund and they refused."

"The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was preparedā€¦ there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding!"
