"Party all night right below our room. Glad we booked the rest of our stay elsewhere. Sunrise off the balcony was nice. Room was big. "

"For being quite pricy the accommodation (double room) was very simple. As we only stayed for one night we can’t say anything about the social life there, but it looked quite social. The host were very nice and let us sleep in after the check out time as we got in very late that night."

"A very cozy and friendly resort. Welcoming staff and very good service. Only 5 min walk from the ferry. Good breakfast and value for money."

"beautiful hotel , in the north part of the island, clean and quiet, good restaurant, best garlic rice in the Philippines "

"Excellent staff!!"

"This our 3rd stay at Kandaya. Sadly, lots of upgrading is needed now. We first had a deluxe suite booked. Foul smell was coming from bathroom, TV wasn’t working well and air conditioned was not functioning well. We eventually moved to a villa, which was better but bathroom needs upgrading, tiles from the pool were coming off as well. Gym definitely needs a lot of upgrades. Air condition was always not properly functioning and ALL equipments were so old, most were taped off and too old to use....

"Everything was quite good. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast very much. "

"Unfortunately Jolitosplace is not open at present. I arrived late in the evening to find it padlocked shut. The local villagers tried to help me, but they discovered that the hotel owner is away and their hotel is not open for business. Fortunately they helped me find alternative accommodation. I am now trying to get a refund as full payment was taken online, despite the hotel being closed for business. It should not be listed on hotel.com"
