Luxury villa with private swimming pool

This sprawled and modern Villa in Malaucène comes with 4 very cosy bedrooms accomodates a whole lot of 8 persons. It would be suitable for families together on a vacation, considering the spacious living area and around the house.

It is seated in the foot of Mount Ventoux, which also provides great opportunities for biking and hiking where you can walk through the woods, along vast vineyards, fruit orchards, and olive groves. There are quite a many villages in Provence which should not be missed.

The house offers beautiful mountain views of Suzette and Mount Ventoux. There is a lovely pool with a sunny terrace to let you take in the sunlight and relax yourselves. The covered terrace has a traditional barbecue. Every room in the house is air conditioned to let you cool out inside.

The check in is from 5 to 8 PM and check out from 9 to 10 AM. Closest airport is of Marseille Provence Airport at 110 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Ort. Einkaufen somit bequem machbar, örtlicher Supermarket ist vorhanden. Eine Bäckerei im Ort macht super Croissants! Die Terrasse liegt gut, so das nachmittags und abends die Sonne darauf scheint. Geheizter Pool war angenehm.

De foto’s op de website van belvilla stemmen overeen met de realiteit. Bij aankomst lag zwembad er echter weinig aantrekkelijk bij vanwege het kleur en troebelheid van het water. Zeer goed gelegen domein voor bakker, apotheek, supermarkt,... alles kan te voet gedaan worden. Afgesloten complex dat zeer goed onderhouden is.

Tweede jaar op rij dat we er huren, ander huis wel deze keer. Het huis beviel ons beter. Het was in netjes en in orde en alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig ( met hier en daar praktische tekst en uitleg, zo ook over de streek en bezienswaardigheden) en er stond zelfs een lekker flesje wijn bij aankomst wat heel fijn en attent was van de eigenaars. Jammer genoeg zag het zwembad er na drie dagen groenig en wazig uit en na het melden hiervan bij het beheer ging er een poolguy langs komen om het op te lossen. Maar die hebben we nooit gezien. Bij vertrek kwam er dan iemand wat product in het water doen en dat was het dan. Hopelijk volstond dat voor de huurder na ons. Maar verder absoluut geen klachten. Het was in orde en de streek is er zeer de moeite. Je komt er helemaal tot rust. Wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Zeer proper bij aankomst en de omgeving zeer mooi ! Enkel het zwembad was iets minder , bij aankomst lag er veel vuiligheid in ( bladeren , dode bijen , …) , hadden de indruk dat de filter niet werkte naar behoren .

Heel knap domein, in ons huisje was werkelijk alles voorzien. Leuk dorpje op wandelafstand waar je alles kan terugvinden. Aangename en vriendelijke mensen in de buurt. Omgeving en uitzicht over de Alpen geeft een rustgevend gevoel. Contactpersoon was goed bereikbaar. Enige wat ik jammer vond is dat er geen echte airco aanwezig is, wel een ander koelsysteem maar niet zo efficiënt. Aanrader

Erg goed uitgeruste villa, de villa eigenaren hebben kosten nog moeite bespaard om de villa goed uit te rusten. De villa is op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels en bakker. Ook de plaatselijke markt is op loop afstand. Alhoewel het officieel geen vrijstaande villa is, zit je wel helemaal vrij en heb je geen inkijk. In andere villa's waar ik gezeten heb was dat niet zo, alhoewel die wel als vrijstaand gekwalificeerd werden. Twee puntjes van kritiek. Je krijgt mijn inziens te weinig handdoeken(twee handdoeken voor 14 dagen per persoon, plus een badhanddoek voor 14 dagen(wat ik wel ok vindt)), dus je moet veel wassen of een week met een handdoek doen, wat ik persoonlijk niet hygiënische vind. Tweede punt is dat er wel een zwembad verwarming aanwezig moet zijn, maar deze stond duidelijk niet aan. Aangezien ik vaak villa's met zwembad heb gehuurd weet ik dit, want het zwembad voelde koud aan als bij elk zwembad waar ik in gezeten heb zonder verwarming. Maar dit zijn maar kleine puntjes het is verder een prima villa die uitstekend is uitgerust.
