Bed was very squeaky, garden view room looks out onto a carpark, not worth the extra money, the staff were fantastic and friendly, food was delicious. Standard rooms are better value for money, stayed multiple times now due to location

We really enjoyed staying at Mandarin Oriental in KL. The staff were super nice and the concierge helped us bring our luggage upstairs. This is an amazing hotel! Modern, very clean and beautiful rooms. Most of all was the staff, they were outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable; Fara, Arra, and Rusydi stood out but all were great!
