Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, super gastfreundlich, die Dusche im oberen Stockwerk wahr leider nicht sehr sauber, das Wasser ist auch nicht mehr gut abgelaufen. Allgemein war es etwas dreckig schon als wir gekommen sind. Die Spülmaschine und der Herd haben auch etwas gesponnen

Leider war es im Bad (OG) nicht möglich zu duschen. Dusche hatte kein warmes Wasser, die Badewannenamatur war auch kaputt. Kurz: stark renovierungsbedürftig Ansonsten war alles zufriedenstellend.

Esperienza positiva. Posizione della casa fantastica. Host sempre disponibile; abbiamo avuto un problema e l'ha risolto prontamente. Suggerimento: migliorare illuminazione giardino. Un posto nel quale sicuramente vale la pena tornare.

Good 1st. The check in was quick, easy and contactless. Gino was always a text or phone call away and very pleasant. The property is absolutely quiet and beautiful. The farmhouse is nestled in an olive grove with a panaramic view of Lake Garda and surrounding mountains. The Not so Good - Air conditioning only in the two upstairs bedrooms. No where else and not specified in the VRBO property description. I had been to Malcesine before and consider air conditioning essential in summer. I would not have selected the house if I had known. The rest of the house was very hot. The drive to the house is straight up from the town of Malcesine. A 10 minute hair raising adventure with many hairpin turns, some with mirrors to check for opposing traffic. Fun the 1st couple of times. No hot water the day we checked in and the day we left. I think it gets turned off between stays. The plumber was out the 2nd day and I don't think it got turned back on. Finally, there was no soap in the house: hand, dish nor laundry. When I asked Gino he initially said it wasn't included in the rental but he did end up getting us set up with soaps the next morning so you may want to double check.

Der beheizte Whirlpool war unser Highlight! Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt und konnten somit unseren Hund frei laufen lassen. Es war alles sauber. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, aber das ist auch verkraftbar ;) Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer war vor und während des Aufenthalts immer total nett.

Tolles Ambiente, Lage zum wandern ideal, im Oktober erst ab 11 Uhr Sonne, aber dafür tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Im oberen Bad müssten mal ein paar Dinge erneuert werden, ansonsten gute Ausstattung. Wer individuell und naturnah wohnen möchte, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr schön restauriertes Landhaus in ruhiger Lage und mit tollem Garten. Selbst Anfang Oktober konnte man sich noch draussen mit einem BBQ verwöhnen, den Blick über den Gardasee geniessen und anschliessend etwas Lagerfeuer-Romantik aufleben lassen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit dem freundlichen Vermieter unkompliziert.
