Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung
Schöne Ferienwohnung in Malcesine mit großartigem Blick vom Balkon über die Altstadt und den Gardasee! Wir wurden ganz herzlich von den sympathischen Vermietern Michela und Carlo empfangen. Die Wohnung ist sehr neu und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus und alles ist gut gesichert! In den Ort sind es nur ca 250 m den Berg runter und ein Supermarkt ist auch um die Ecke. Wir können die FeWo mit dieser mega Lage nur empfehlen!

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub in Malcesine
Wir kennen die Region am Gardasee sehr gut, aber eine schönere Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie! Die Kommunikation mit Carlo und Michela vor der Anreise war super, wir wurden bei der Anreise persönlich begrüßt und alles wurde erklärt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, sie ist wirklich schön, mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und war perfekt sauber. Man spürt, dass die Eigentümer sich mit großem Einsatz um ihre Gäste kümmern. Besonders in der ersten Woche haben wir die Klimatisierung über den Fußboden (!) sehr genossen, da es sehr warm am Lago war, die Wohnung war angenehm kühl, ohne Zugluft. Man muss lange suchen, um vergleichbare Objekte zu finden. Vom privaten Parkplatz bis zum Aufzug bis zur Wohnungstür, mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen! Wir empfehlen BlueSkyGreen ohne jede Einschränkung! Grazie mille an Michela und Carlo!

PERFEKT
Sehr nette Gastgeber,die sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet einem alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist atemberaubend,mit Blick auf den Gardasee und die Berge. Da ich diese Reise mit meiner Mutter 85 Jahre alt gemacht habe,ist die Tatsache das der Zugang des Appartement über einen Fahrstul verfügt einfach ideal. Auch die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Innenstadt von Malcesine sind optimal. Ich kann dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. MfG. Carsten Heym

TOP-Appartment in bester Lage
Das Appartment ist hell, geräumig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was beim Kochen und für`s Frühstück benötigt wird. Die Terrasse bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Besonder positiv ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Bettdecke nicht nur aus einem Laken besteht, sondern dicker ist und somit für kühle Tage gut geeignet ist. Die Gastgeber sprechen deutsch und waren jederzeit gut erreichbar (über SMS o. WhatsApp). Das Haus liegt ruhig und trotzdem ist das Zentrum schnell zu erreichen - da es am Berg liegt sollte man allerdings keine Gehprobleme habe. Das Auto konnte auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Fazit: ich habe in meinem langjährigen touristischen Berufsleben selten etwas Besseres erlebt und empfehle es gerne weiter.

Tolle neue Wohnung, toller Urlaub!
Komplett neue Wohnung in einem Neubau im zweiten Stock mit einem superschönen Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Malcesine und den Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell (das green-Motiv spiegelt sich überall wieder), hochwertig (Klimaanlage über Fußboden, Aufzug) und liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Nach Malcesine sind es zu Fuß nicht mal fünf Minuten, durch den eigenen Parkplatz kann man das Auto also bequem stehen lassen, der Busbahnhof ist ebenfalls schnell erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und hat den ganzen Tag über Sonne, wir haben uns schon seit langem nicht mehr so gut erholt und Michela und Carlo sind tolle Gastgeber - von Buchung über Schlüsselübergabe hat alles einfach nur super funktioniert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
