Ottimo!

Hotel moderno, pulito e con comodo parcheggio. Le foto non rendono giustizia alla struttura! Colazione ottima e abbondante. Con una passeggiata di circa mezz'ora sì arriva in centro, godendosi tutto il lungo lago. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Sicuramente ci torneremo.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel med gode faciliteter og meget venligt personale. Det eneste vi savnede en lille smule, var et køleskab på værelset. Vi havde et standardværelse med bjergudsigt. Ganske udmærket værelse, hvor især badeværelset er bedre end fleste, vi har oplevet i Italien.

Lovely pool. Lovely view. Nice staff with great dining reservations. Food at their restaurant cheap and filling. Recommended fish restaurant 10 minutes south in Malcesine was best dinner we had in Italy.

Sauberes, modernes Hotel

Hotel liegt an einer Uferstraße, nördlich von Malcesine (ca. 3 km) - da wir das vorher wussten, war das für uns kein Problem. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Freundliche, stets hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter ein sehr gutes Frühstück und saubere, modern gestaltete Zimmer haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht.

In generale l'hotel è accogliente, la camera pulita e in ordine. Il bagno purtroppo pecca in manutenzione: - mensola sotto lo specchio inesistente (non si sapeva dove appoggiare i prodotti per l'igiene personale); - accessori bagno mal disposti; - doccia: pulita, ma l'asta della doccia non era in buone condizioni. Colazione: varia con molta scelta, ma le ciotole dello yogurt avrebbero dovuto essere refrigerate; stessa cosa per i succhi di frutta, andavano refrigerati, sinceramente mangiare yogurt e bere succo di frutta caldi non è il massimo. Personale: non molto cortese e gentile. In generale come voto dò un 7--
