"What a great hotel. I can’t say enough about the people that work there. They went far and beyond many times. One example: My wife and I never checked luggage in so we Each had carry-on luggage and a backpack with clothing. This was a five week trip for us so periodically we needed to do laundry. "We thoroughly recommend Casa Ossan. Massimo and Laura were so helpful with recommendations and their hospitality is second to none. Breakfast was so good, homemade and just kept coming. Definitely going to visit again next year when we are on another wine adventure. We mentioned we were after a specific wine and Laura was straight on the phone and negotiating a good price for us, thank you so much. Room was immaculate and Massimo couldn’t do enough even offered us the use of his EV charger. "

"We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. "

"The couple who ran the place were really friendly and helpful. Really had a great time here. There is a Michelin restaurant just 2 mins away. The food is great and the price really reasonable. It costs € 35-40 per person for 2-3 course meal depending on what you choose. The view was breathtaking. You can drive to Trento and Bolzano, little charming towns. Definitely planning to come back.
