Completely renovated to a high standard in 2021, centrally heated and equipped with insect screens on the windows, the approx. 36 sqm non-smoking apartment has a kitchen-living room (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV, dining table) with a complete kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed), a large bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer), a hallway and a hallway in the entrance area.There are also several seating areas in the garden - one of which is covered, sun loungers, a barbecue, parking space, bicycle storage, a high chair and free WiFi. In addition, two bicycles and two stand-up paddle boards can be used free of charge and, in consultation with the owners, their sauna can be used for a fee. A berth for a kayak/canoe can be provided on request.

The small town of Malchow is a tourist gem in the center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is also known as an island town, as the old town is surrounded by Lake Fleesensee and Lake Malchow and is connected by an earth dam and a listed swing bridge, which opens several times a day for boat traffic. There are also passenger boat moorings, a harbor, restaurants, cafés and shopping facilities. Other attractions include the monastery church, the town mill, a large bathing beach, a summer toboggan run, a monkey forest and a riding stables just outside the town, as well as boat and bicycle hire directly in the town and wellness, sports and golf facilities at the nearby vacation resort Land Fleesensee.
