"Voller Vorfreude sind wir angereist (denn das gebuchte Objekt sah auf der Webseite toll aus). Der Staubsauger mitten im Wohnzimmer und der nicht gereinigte Grill waren zu verschmerzen. Der defekte TV in "unserem "Schlafzimmer und die Heizung, die 14h benötigte, bis sie wirklich warm war, waren nicht schön. Die Dusch-Armatur, die sich nicht fein einstellen ließ und ohne Anlass zwischen "angenehm" und "fast verbrüht" wechselte, war dagegen sehr unangenehm.Ansonsten ein schönes Objekt mit Luft nach...

Das Haus bietet einen tollen Ausblick, ein angenehmes, freundliches Flair und ist liebevoll eingerichtet – mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. "Wir haben uns im Inselpirat wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern und die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren 2 Personen und haben je ein Schlafzimmer und Bad für uns genutzt. Was mich gestört hat ist der Fußweg der vor unserer Terasse verlief. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich vielleicht eine Etage höher einziehen."

"overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated. "
