"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. "It was a clean, comfortable place. The only negatives were that breakfast was meager but ok and at 4 am the food truck came and there was so much noise transporting the food to the hotel. It woke us up. Also, the water in our room wasn’t as hot as it should have been. "
