This exclusive holiday home on the island of Losinj is located just about 200 metres from the sea and offers space for up to six people.



The 77 m² house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and a furnished terrace of 24 m² with partial sea view. Air conditioning, heating, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, sauna and hot tub ensure the highest comfort. Pets are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.



In the outdoor area, there are a garden and sun terrace, a lawn, sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue facility, an outdoor shower, and a children's playground with a slide and swing available. The terrace is partially covered and offers a private grill.



For relaxed moments, the house offers a private freshwater pool (3 × 8 m) and a sauna as well as a hot tub. Two private parking spaces are available.



The location in Mali Lošinj enables numerous activities: water sports, boat trips, diving, snorkelling, jet skiing, cycling tours or mini golf. Restaurants, supermarkets, doctors and the town centre are in the immediate vicinity, the airport is approximately 100 km away.

Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit Garten

Das Haus ist sehr libevoll und individuell eingerichtet und die Lage phänomenal. 500 Schritte bis zur wunderschönen Strandbucht. 10 Min. bis zur Hafenpromenade Mali Losinj. Die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Im Garten wäre eine eine Außendusche schön.

Schrecklich..

Wo sollen wir nur anfangen... eigentlich hätten dies unsere Flitterwochen werden sollen, aber nach einer Nacht, die mussten wir bleiben, weil wir nicht mehr weiter fahren konnten, sind wir sofort wieder abgereist. Das Haus wurde uns kurz gezeigt, schon da sind uns ein paar Mängel aufgefallen, aber wir wollten nicht so sein und meckern. Beim genaueren Hinsehen wurde es jedoch immer schlimmer. Das Haus war sehr schmutzig, überall. In der Küche gab es noch Überreste von Lebensmitteln, alle Schränke klebrig. Im ganzen Haus flogen Tierchen rum, wir hatten das Gefühl, sie kommen von den Lebensmitteln, die noch da waren. Schimmel haben wir ebenfalls gefunden. Am nächsten Morgen war ein Wurm im Spühlbecken. Das ganze Haus war voller Dinge von der Vermieterin. Wir fanden kaum Platz, um selbst etwas hinzustellen. Der Garten war ebenfalls ungepflegt. Die Gartenstühle machten den Anschein, als würden sie nächstens zusammenklappen. Das Haus war einfach nur in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Wir haben der Besitzerin Fotos geschickt und unser Geld zurück verlangt, aber wir wurden von ihr bloss per Whatsapp beschimpft, dass wir das Haus so hinterlassen hätten... auch die Firma, über die das Haus vermietet wird, wollte nichts davon wissen...

Super Lage, gutes Haus

Schöne Unterkunft mit super Lage. Bis Strand war es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Hundestrand war auch sehr gut mit gutem Zugang zum Wasser. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend, mir persönlich hat allerdings eine Mikrowelle und ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Außenpool schön groß. Das Wasser drin wärmte sich gut in der Sonne, sodass das Waser die ganze Zeit schön warm blieb. Das schlimmste war: die Stechmücken, aggressiv und in großen Mengen :) Als Rat: Mückenschutzmittel mitnehmen. Das Hauses bietet genug Platz, trotz vielen schönen Accessoires. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.
